Set on a hillside overlooking the seaside town of Tossa de Mar, the Residence Villa Romana has beautiful views of the old fortified town and is just 600 metres from the long, sandy beach. The three small, ochre coloured buildings house 38 apartments, all of which have furnished balconies and views of the surrounding town. Other amenities include fully equipped kitchens with two electric hotplates, microwave ovens and refrigerator/freezers, and all apartments come with air conditioning, heating and televisions.
Guests arriving by car have access to onsite parking (for a fee, multilingual front desk staff can assist with local information, post and messages and there is also a coin operated laundry within the residence. The use of a small indoor pool surrounded by deck chairs is also available to guests. Local shops can be found 300 metres from the residence. The main beach, 600 metres from the property, has fine sand and offers excellent swimming and a range of watersports. The closest airport is Girona approximate driving time is 30 minutes and distance is 30 kilometres.
Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all rooms should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.
Deposit is required on arrival and refunded at checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning.
