Location. The Adair Country Inn is located in Bethlehem, N.H., approximately nine miles north of the Franconia Notch State Park. The Cannon Mountain Ski Area and Sunset Hill Golf Course are approximately seven miles from the bed and breakfast. Features. This 1927 Georgian Colonial inn, which offers views of the White Mountains, sits at the end of a long driveway on 200 acres of woodland. The inn is rich in history, with scenic grounds designed by the Olmstead Brothers, who also designed Central Park in New York City. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served daily, and afternoon tea is offered in the living room. Complimentary soft drinks, soda, water, V 8, and crackers and cheese are available throughout the day in the Granite Tap Room, which contains a pool table, big screen television, VCR, DVD player and a massive fireplace. Shuffleboard and a tennis court are available. A reflecting pond, gazebo, gardens and hiking trails complete the landscape of the grounds. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. Guestrooms at the Adair Country Inn are named after mountains in the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. Accommodations are colored in soft pinks, blues and greens with wooden accents and floral prints. Antique furniture, original artwork and wall to wall carpeting characterize each accommodation.
