Location. Lake Lawn Resort is located along the shores of Delavan Lake in Delavan, Wis. The hotel is 50 miles from the Mitchell Field Milwaukee Airport.
Hotel Features. Founded in 1879, the Lake Lawn Resort is home to Lake Lawn's championship golf course, set amid 275 lush, tree lined acres. The golf course first opened in 1921 and was re engineered in 1990 by architect Dick Nugent. The golf course is best known for its stately oak trees, deep sand bunkers and subtle undulations. All golf carts are equipped with ProLink GPS yardage system, which allows players to identify the exact distance to the pin on the green. The Timber Spa at the Lake Lawn Resort offers a full array of services including beauty treatments and herbal baths. Lake Lawn Resort also features an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a fitness center and other family friendly activities. A convenient store and Golf Pro Shop are also located on the property.
Guestrooms. Lake Lawn Resort offers 284 spacious rooms, lofts, and suites designed to provide casual comfort and relaxation for all guests. All rooms and suites are on the first or second floor of the resort and face an inner circle lawn area, the golf course, or the lake. All lofts are located on the second floor with similar views. Guest rooms and lofts at Lake Lawn are periodically renovated to ensure maximum comfort. An electronic keylock system as well as a new property management system allows guests to check their billing activities during their stay and provides the convenience of checking out without stopping by the front desk.
Expert Tip. The Frontier Restaurant at Lake Lawn Resort offers a view of Delavan Lake from every table in the restaurant. The restaurant's world renowned chef prepares traditional dishes such as flame grilled steak and chops, chicken and ribs, pasta, seafood and salads.
