Location. Standing three stories tall in Green Valley, Ariz., is the Wyndham Canoa Ranch Resort. Located just south of Tucson, the hotel sits adjacent to the Canoa Ranch Golf Club and overlooks the Santa Rita Mountain Range. San Ignacio Golf Club is less than two miles from the hotel. Two and one quarter miles from the property sits the Green Valley Recreation Canoa.
Hotel Features. Grill on the Green features golf course views while serving an American menu featuring Reuben sandwiches, hamburgers and salmon salad. The Wyndham Canoa Ranch Resort peppers the heated outdoor pool and spa tub area with lounge chairs and palm trees. Cardiovascular equipment and weight machines are located in the fitness facility. The hotel features a business center replete with wireless Internet access.
Guestrooms. The 90 condominium style guestrooms display a soft d?cor through use of ivory and salmon colors. Floral prints embellish the cream walls of each room. Dark mahogany stained wooden furnishings provide contrast to muted flower prints found within the bedspreads. Rooms offer cable television and high speed Internet access. Kitchenettes include coffeemakers, refrigerators and microwave ovens.
Expert Tip. Approximately twenty miles south of the resort stands the town of Tubac, where dozens of artizens offer galleries filled hand crafted jewelry featuring silver and turquoise, paintings, leatherwork, Native American style pottery, Southwestern sculpture, Navajo rugs, and more.
