Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Ariel Dunes is located in the Destin suburb of Miramar Beach, Fla. This condominium resort is adjacent to the Seascape Golf & Tennis Resort. Miramar Beach's white sands and emerald waters are one block away. Silver Sands Factory Stores, one of the nation's largest discount shopping centers, is less than four miles from the property.
Features. This ResortQuest condominium tower rises one block from powder white sands of Miramar Beach, where the property provides complimentary beach service. Visitors drive through the columned porte cochere to access complimentary guest parking. The brick paved driveway passes by the two outdoor pools, one of which features a zero entry design that allows for easy access. For a fee, guests can use the property's eight tennis courts. Six of the tennis courts are lighted for night play.
Guestrooms. Providing natural light and fantastic Gulf of Mexico views, eight foot glass sliding doors lead to balconies in all guest condos. The layouts of the fully furnished units are typical of today's condos, which feature dining/sitting areas, kitchens and separate bedrooms. Full kitchens with granite countertops feature a suite of appliances: self cleaning stoves/ovens, refrigerators with icemakers, and microwave ovens. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are included.
Expert Tip. Guests have complimentary, unlimited rentals at this ResortQuest's video library. Although the Florida coast is consistently sunny, it has its share of showers. Popcorn and movies may be just the thing to while away a rainy day.
